After more than 30 years in the business, we’ve heard every standard question you might think to ask our team and us. Below are our answers to a few of the most common questions asked of us on a daily basis:

Can I combine different services?

We are more than happy to incorporate any of our existing services into your cleaning proposal and schedule. Why do we do this? Because you and your needs are our top priority; anything we can do to maximise our time and your budget is a plus for us both.

How often should we use your services?

In all fairness, you should or could use ExtraClean as often as you see fit. The key factors that, from our perspective, determine the frequency with which you should be tending to your office cleaning are:

  • Number of staff
  • Size of office and overall premises
  • Number of facilities (bathrooms, kitchens etc)
  • Frequency of on-site customer/client contact

Think of it this way – an office of ten staff will utilise the bathroom facilities at least 150 times per week; how much cleaning do you think will be needed?  And remember, every aspect of your cleaning schedule can be adjusted to best fit your needs and situation.

Will your team see to our premises the same time, every time?

You can rely on an ExtraClean cleaner to arrive on schedule every day or week. The agreed schedule set down by you will always be adhered to, and in the unlikely event of a delay or a cleaner being unable to arrive, we will inform you straight away, scheduling another clean in lieu or crediting you for services missed.

Is it always going to be an actual member of the ExtraClean team?

Outside of jobs that are well beyond our means (high risk, technical, high reach), it always be a dedicated member of the ExtraClean team tending to your premises. In the event of a sub-contractor being used, you will be fully informed.

Is it the same cleaner on site every time?

While we do work in an industry of high staff turn over, we endeavour to keep the same cleaner working with you from day one. If and when there is a change in who tends to your premises, you can rely on us to ensure that they understand your needs and wants before taking on the job.
